Baltic Workboats has come out with new, 20 meter Wave Piercing hull design for Pilot, Patrol and SAR boats. The new hull concept combines the wave piercing bows slender waterlines with the flare of a traditional high-speed bow with falling stem and the smooth ride of the double chine hull design.

Handed over to Lithuanian Klaipeda State Seaport Authorities, Baltic 2400 Buoy-Tender, is named “LOTAS”. The “LOTAS” is 24 meters in length, breadth 6.3 meters and with draught of 1.5 meters in full load displacement, 106 tons.

With handing over KBV 316 to Swedish Coast Guard, Baltic Workboats has completed four-year contract to build new type of 26,5 m fast patrol vessels to SCG.

The Christening ceremony of Wind Force II, a wind farm catamaran built by Baltic Workboats, occurred end of May 2013 in Norddeich, the homeport of FRISIA Offshore (FO) vessels in Northern-Germany.

The vessel was recently launched by Baltic Workboats in Estonia and successfully completed sea trials. ABRO will be operated in the Gulf of Riga, Estonia, between the islands of Abruka and Saaremaa .
