Baltic Workboats would like to inform partners and the public that the Prosecutor’s Office has concluded one of the investigations related to the company, determining that there was no evidence of wrongdoing. The decision confirms that the project under review had been conducted in accordance with all applicable requirements and that the related support was obtained lawfully.
The closed case concerned our innovation initiative “Adding Hydrogen as a Power Source to a Hybrid-powered Tanker,” which focuses on developing cleaner and more efficient propulsion technologies for future vessels.
We value the careful work carried out by the police and the Prosecutor’s Office in establishing the relevant facts. As with any official inquiry, we continue to cooperate openly to ensure that all remaining questions can be fully clarified.
