Baltic Workboats AS Whistleblowing Channel (EU Whistleblower Protection Directive) As of September 1, 2024, the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive is in effect. It applies to all public authorities, state institutions, and fundamental rights bodies with more than 50 employees. The whistleblowing channel allows confidential reporting of any suspected misconduct. It helps us detect violations and maintain trust between all parties. The channel is open to all employees, service providers, partners, and anyone else connected to the company’s activities.

When to Use the Whistleblowing Channel

This channel is strictly for reporting suspected or actual violations. It is not intended for customer complaints, consumer feedback, or resolving personal disputes. All reports must be made in good faith. Please report any suspected misconduct related to Baltic Workboats AS, including human rights violations or actions that may be fraudulent, inappropriate, dishonest, illegal, or negligent (a detailed list is available in the legislation).

How to Report Suspected Misconduct

You can submit a report in writing using the form available on our website. Providing your email address is optional but recommended if you wish to receive feedback. If you include your email, we will provide feedback on any follow-up measures as soon as possible, and no later than three months after receiving your report.

We assure you that all reports are handled with strict confidentiality and in a secure manner.
